Taking clay over time

The following is an excerpt from Perry A~ Arledge's excellent book: Living Clay, Nature's Own Miracle Cure:

Most clays works best when taken over a long period of time.  Clay does not offer instant cures for all ailments, but history shows it can encourage the body to put up a better fight when taken over a long period of time.  When clay is taken for indefinite periods of time, it has no addictive qualities. One can quit taking clay at any time. There are no withdrawal symptoms, and you will never need to enter a withdrawal program.

Bentonite Clay Dry Powder Application

The dry powder Calcium Bentonite Clay application is the most basic. Simply apply dry powder by hand in the amount indicated by the treatment modality. Dry Powder Clay is excellent for open, bleeding wounds and oozing rashes.  Packing the wound with the dry powder will stop the bleeding and keep infection out and keep people from bleeding out until they can get adequate medical help.

Wild Animals Eat Clay

A variety of wild animals including birds, primates, deer, and even elephants, have also been known to partake of clay. They seek out and consume clay because somehow they  know instinctively that ingesting it will help counteract toxic and potentially harmful chemicals found in their food.

Clay Foot Soaks

When clay baths are not possible prepare a foot soak.  Mix the clay at a ratio of 1 part clay powder to 6 parts of warm water (when possible) and blend well until it is lump free. Pour the mix into a plastic shoe box and soak feet for 30 minute intervals.  The mix maybe used several times. Cover with an air tight lid between uses.
